Operating the M6 Double Brush Ride-On Floor Scrubber
1. Starting the Machine

2. Adjusting Settings

- Solution Dispensing: Ensure the cleaning solution is being dispensed evenly.
3. Driving the Scrubber
- Steering: Use the steering wheel or joystick to guide the machine. The M6 is designed for easy maneuverability, even in tight spaces.
- Speed Control: Adjust the speed using the accelerator or speed control settings. Move at a steady pace to ensure thorough cleaning.
- Overlap Passes: Slightly overlap each cleaning pass to avoid missing spots.
4. Cleaning Process
- Scrubbing: As you drive the machine, the dual brushes will scrub the floor, removing dirt, grime, and stains.
- Solution Dispensing: The machine will dispense the cleaning solution onto the floor as you move.
- Water Recovery: The vacuum system will recover the dirty water, leaving the floor dry and safe to walk on.
5. Post-Operation Steps
- Raise Brushes: Lift the brushes off the floor using the brush control lever or button.
- Empty Recovery Tank: Drain and clean the dirty water tank after use.
- Refill Solution Tank: Refill the clean water tank if needed for the next cleaning session.
- Clean Brushes: Remove and clean the brushes to prevent buildup of dirt or debris.
- Inspect the Machine: Check for any issues and report them to maintenance if necessary.
